Welcome to the Rudgear Meadows Swim
Team!
Rudgear Meadows Swim
team (RMST) is one of about 62 recreational swim teams located in
Contra
Costa
County
. RMST is a family-oriented, parent-supported,
non-profit swim organization which includes over 150 swimmers
ranging in ages 4 – 18.
As a recreational swim team, the primary emphasis of RMST is for
swimmers to have fun and work hard to reach their individual
potential while at the same time instilling the importance of team
unity. Our goal is to be an ”I.M.”
team with each swimmer receiving technique training in each
stroke. We encourage swimmers and families to
build life-time relationships, good character, positive attitudes
and good sportsmanship.
RMST is a member of the Walnut Creek Swim Conference (WCSC) which
includes a total of seven recreational teams located in the
Walnut Creek
area. The other teams belonging to the WCSC are

, Larkey, Rudgear Estates, Walnut Creek Swim Club and
Walnut
Heights
.
